Seed Sowing + Giving Back= Making A Difference
When we decided to start this business one of the first things we wanted to do was give back. We wanted to help our local community as well as the farmers in the coffee producing countries that provide us great coffees. So we decided to use a portion of the precedes from the sale our coffee to give back. Yes, you read correctly "precede." Stepping out on faith, we will donate 30 cents from each pound of unroasted coffee we purchase. 15 cents will go to a local charity we choose and 15 cents will be donated to a charity that benefits the farmers and families of coffee producing countries. The funds will be donated to each organization at the end of the selected quarter. Afterwards, we repeat the same process of selection again for the next quarter. We pray for each of these charities before making a final decision.
