Well we are getting close. Making decisions about great coffees are never easy. I've been roasting and sampling to select the initial coffees to represent BeanFruit Coffee. Some of you may say, "coffee is just coffee", but its never that easy. Reminds me of looking for the perfect painting. You kinda have an idea of what you want and go into the store, You see one that you really like, pick it up and head to the counter to buy it and see another one you like. Next thing you know, you've got about 5-6 paintings in which there is "just something" you like about all of them.

So I've been cupping, cupping and more cupping to nail down a couple of great coffees. This is the fun part, but also the hard part cause I have to choose. I've tried some really good ones and some not so good ones. My friends have been very good guinea pigs trying the coffees out and I really appreciate them and their cooperation. I'm going to keep sniffing, slurping and sipping I until choose the best coffees for you. Trust me, this type of meticolous selection process will not disappoint you.
